👋 Welcome to using our AI-powered voice transformation plugin, here are the necessary steps to get you started!

  1. Before loading VocalNet as an audio effect in your DAW, you need to launch SLink first which serves as the engine behind to do the transformation work.

For windows, you could find it in the start menu where SLink shows as an app shortcut of VocalNet

After launch, you could see there is a small icon in the system tray.

For mac, SLink is already in the unzipped installer folder. For you convenience, you could copy it to Application folder / Launchpad for later use.

You could load VocalNet now. On the bottom right of the plugin interface you could see a green dot indicating it’s connected to SLink, otherwise there will be a red dot.

  1. After VocalNet launches, click on the ‘Load a Model’ button and load a model into VocalNet. Please download RVC models on the internet. You should load downloaded .zip files directly without the need of unzipping.

  2. To convert a voice, you could either use Capture Mode or File Mode.

    Capture Mode: capture audio in real-time, convert and playback converted as audio effects
